I had called NRS as soon as I received a letter to settle a debt.
The letter was dated on February 9, 2010. I received it in the mail February 16, 2010, I had called them the next day early morning.

I had agreed to pay $200.84 on February 19th. I was suggested to do a payday advance loan to help cover the remaining $684.00 due February 28th. I looked in to it and qualified for $450.00. Personal issues came up and I needed the money to pay off things so my family can survive, i.e. paying rent, groceries etc.

I called NRS February 24, 2010 to ask to make another payment arrangement at whatever cost. I was harassed by the representative who was asking me repeatedly why I don't have the money and what I did with the money and that I need to get it back. She was yelling at me so loud and she was so rude. Being that this is not my first time dealing with collection agencies, I felt her character was uncalled for. Verbally attacking me and I did not want to speak to her anymore. I asked for Kelly Martin. Kelly Martin seemed to be reluctant to take my call. She was very courteous and helpful to me, but today she seemed annoyed and didn't care about my situation, nor did she offer me any other alternatives to make other payment arrangements. She just told me that she will wire my checking account for $450.00 on March 5th and the remaining $455.21 on March 19th. (I owe a grand total of $1,106.05 but they were giving me a deal to pay $884.84 by February 28th).

Kelly Martin also said that I may not call the company and ask for her again and she will not help me.

I wrote a letter of complaint today February 24, 2010 to be sent February 25, 2010 to Steve McWhorter who is a Vice President and General Manager of Collections. I hope that settles it and I put a stop to my wired checking accounts and I am paying them the remaining $684.00 that I picked off of my money tree.
