Attention to all freelancers on Elance.com and other sources, I'm warning everyone who comes in contact with this client to not do business with this person. I was hired by her on Elance.com in June for a data entry project. I went above and beyond the project requirements and never got paid for my work. I am very disappointed in the way Heidi decided to handle this project. Warning signs were present at the beginning of the project. Articles were missing, long breaks in communication was a major issue. I went above and beyond the project requirements and never got paid for my work. It also came to the point where I had removed some work that I did from her website, client got angry that It wasn't the appropiate thing todo, so I agreeed and placed it back under the condition that she would pay me.. she never did. I am very disappointed in the way Heidi decided to handle this project considering she repeatedly stated that she would follow up on the project but was always too busy, this continued for 6 months until I finally cancelled the project with Elance. Client even went on multiple vacations between updates and completly ignored me :( It's very frustrating that she's using my work without paying for it!

Alex,
First, it is unfortunate that you resorted to this type of posting, in lieu of the facts of this project. I'm certain you do not want me to post the email results of the professional agencies that reviewed and ultimately decided against your work.
For example, after paying you for Phase I of the Elance project (in which you describe as unpaid), you maliciously deleted the script to all paid work, requesting more funds for the project. Please recall that you were granted full admin access to our company website, with the assumption that you would maintain the highest level of ethical conduct. Only AFTER you were contacted by Shopify Level 1 Management regarding your proven actions in deleting data, did you restore all 300+ pages. You did not apologize for the fact that you deleted data during a critical email campaign which directed our customers to the very section you removed......But more than anything, I am CERTAIN that you do not want me to post the rather florid email I received from Shopify Level 1 Manager Support regarding your unprofessional conduct............
Moving on..........to Phase II of the Elance project, in which you submitted pages of incorrect information, flawed formatting, empty pages, duplicated information, oversized photos, etc. but repeatedly requested to be paid, despite an incomplete project. As you are well aware, Elance then became involved in yet another complaint regarding your work and after reviewing the case, decided against you. It was not a decision I personally made against you-Elance made the decision in arbitration. IF you recall, (and I again have in writing), I suggested a compromise that reflected your work as well as the remaining work, which ultimately was transferred to my team, when you decided you did not want to complete the project. If you would like me to post the final Elance decision, I will happily do so. For the moment, I am showing professional restraint; a quality I wish you would have exercised.
And finally, you then sent me a request to cancel Phase II of the Elance project, which I accepted, at the behest of repeated emails from you. Would you like me to post that as well?
And then you file this complaint......................
