Did he read it?  What 'suckered' him into ordering it?
When did he send it back for a refund?

As I was reading the report, I couldn't help but notice the tone of glee and malice as Bigg Dogg described his fax attack, his phone attack, and his statement "And yes I called people's personal homes."  I'm surprised he wasn't sued for harassment.

I also received a letter with regard to purchasing a Neo-Tech book.  I felt very special as the letter was definately speaking to me about things and occurances for which I have often considered in Life.   I know the books are large.  But if you take the time you can finish a 600 page book within the 30 days.  I know the letters say that if you are not fully satisfied you have 30 days to return for a full refund.   I spent quite alot of time reading the 1st so as to finish in the 30 days.   In fact, I could not stop reading this book.....every page carried exactly what I was looking for.
