Nexus/ReachOutAmerica.com I Purchased A PHONE back in April of 2013 and have recieved 4(just got another one) and NONE OF THEM WORK!! I Paid 39. and they say that I cant get my money back because I HAVE HAD THE PHONE TO LONG!! I KEEP SENDING IT TO THEM TO GET THEM FIXED SO I HAVE NOT HAD THE PHONE IN MY POSSESSION FOR NO 14 DAYS!! ITS IN THEIR RECORDS!! Columbus Ohio

 I was told about a company that you could get a free cell phone IF you are on food stamps, which I am, so I contacted them and asked them whats up.They told me that I could use ANY Verizon phone with their company.Well I had like 3 verizon phones so I had one hooked up and it worked just fine.THEN I find out that they had better phones for a cheap price so I sent away for one of them...well they told me that they were out of that model and I would have to wait on it.WHEN I BOUGHT THE PHONE THEY WERE NOT OUT OF THEM.SOOO I got online and bought a cell phone from Ebay for $15. cheaper and had them hook that one up for me and its been working fine ever since, but I still hadnt recieved the one that I paid for..I ASKED THEM TO JUST REFUND MY MONEY AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE BEST THEY WOULD DO IS USE IT ON ACCOUNT.IVE BEEN PAYING EVERY MONTH FOR THEIR SERVICE EVEN THOUGH I GET FREE MINUTES.ANYWAY, I FINALLY GOT THE PHONE LIKE IN MAY SOMETIME AND IT DIDNT WORK, PLUS it wasnt the phone that I ordered.I got online and asked IF I could use the bag that comes with every cell phone for recycling them and they told me that I could but to put on the outside attn repair dept which I did.IT TOOK THEM A MONTH, THEY SAY, TO GET THE PHONE AND THATS WHEN THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD THE PHONE OVER THE 14 DAYS. SOOO I WAITED ANOTHER MONTH OR SO UNTIL THEY FIXED THAT PHONE AND THE ONE I GOT BACK DIDNT WORK EITHER SO I SENT THIS ONE IN BY MAIL AND IT STILL TOOK THEM 3 WKS TO GET IT OR SO THEY SAID.NOW I GET ANOTHER PHONE, WHICH ISNT THE ONE I SENT THEM back and IT DONT WORK EITHER and they wont get online with me anymore. I WANT AND NEED ACTION.IVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BIG TIME.
