I also could write a book on these crooks. I have been a customer since last October. We have had a million problems with this company but, always tried to work towards a resolution. We were assigned our personal customer rep, Michael Atkinson to help. I talked to Mike once, and he never returned another call.

Last Fri. we recieved a call from Verizon from accounts payable. We were informed that unless we paid bills which Norvegence responsibility in the excess of $1,200, our phone service would be terminated. Oh, we were supposed to be on voice over T-1. Yeah, right, these crooks never activated the equipment.

Monday, we get a call from Quest. Same story, pay up or no long distance. By the way, your rate is $0.45 per minute. A little higher than the $0.05 per min we were paying before these jerks defrauded us. Voice over, yeah right.

Today, the T-1 goes down. Numerous calls to Norvergence produced nothing but busy signals. Called a phone tech. Oh, he says, they have unplugged their T-1 so they can't get calls. Called Verizon, "Norvergence has put a block on your T-1". Called the computer tech, "you have a bigger problem, all of your emails are going into a black hole".

About 11am, I get a call from David at Norvergence, "just wanted you to know we are still in business". I informed him that I had already faxed the paperwork to my attorney and this is clearly a Ponzi Scheme. He said, "we have a few technical problems that will be resolved". Can I tell my credtors that I am not a deadbeat, I just have a few technical problems? I think not.

We are an internet based company which is essentially out of business because of these crooks. This fiasco is costing me thousands. Do not do business with these people. They are the devil reincarnated, DO NOT SELL YOUR SOUL.

The Ponzi scheme is that they take a business like mine that paid $1,200 per month for phones. They promise you to fix your costs at $1,000 per month for five years no matter what. At the last minute, you sign a lease for $650 per month for five years. This lease is sold to a leasing company for $25,000+/-. For this, you get about $7,000 worth of equipment and they pocket the rest. They didn't even hook up the equpiment. The last three months, I paid them $900+/- and the phone bills they didn't pay are $1,500-so far. Lord knows what else is out there. My 20% savings are equating to a 100% increase before attorney fees.

In addition, the telephones and other equipment bears the Norvergence logo. These people do not have an OEM License to put there logo on the equipment, a violation of Federal law.

I am filing complaints with the FCC, calling radio stations, TV stations, the Public Service Commission, legislators and so on. Oh yeah, I'm just a little pXXXXd.
