We called Nu-view because they were rated #1 in Delco. (wonder who voted for them?!). The salesman was very cordial, talked a good talk. The workers examined the roof and set up a date for the work, papers were written and signed, check written for $2200.

The shingled roof was done and looked great; the flat roof /gutter box was done but we can't see it; we can just experience the continuing leak into our closet, into the dining room and into the basement. We called Nu-view again, they checked the roof (so they said) and couldn't find anything wrong but said we needed some capping for a bargain rate of $900.

We called another roofer who took pictures of what Nu-view screwed up; instead of putting the rubber sheet under the original rubber, they put it over the sheet and treated us to some ripples in the sheet to create several funnels (to make sure the rain would leak in so we would call for more work.)

So, we spent $200 for a temporary repair until Spring when (because of the Nu-view screw up) we will have to completely re-rubber the entire roof for another $1000 or so. We didn't want to pressure Nu-view to fix the job (if they can't do it right the first time, why would they do it right the second time) because they know where we live, and we feel better about saving future customers from their crappy work by diverting business from Nu-view.
