The best way tom get their business practices stopped is to contact the Arizona Corporation Commission. That office was created to protect us consumers from being frauded by businesses such as O Premium Waters.
If they receive enough complaints, and the amount on this website is plenty, they will investigate O Premiums business practices and halt them in their tracks. They will also force restitution if they find fraudulent practices.
O Premium has withdrawn from the Better Business Bureau, so that entity is not as much help as in the past, although the complaints are already filed there and will help us in our complaints to the Arizona Corporation Commission.
CALL THEM IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE AND YOUR MONEY BACK AND YOUR CREDIT REPORT RESTORED TO WHAT IT SHOULD BE !!!!!!!

I think that Opremium waters is very clear and have you seen the contracts? Not only is what you sign bolded and highlighted, it is capital letters and plain and clearly states that there is no trial and you itital that fact over and over.. There is no reason that anyone should be able to be misled, unless the consumer (US) is stupid enough to sign for something that they are not reading!! HELLO>. Wake up people!!!.
