It has come to our attention that you are using a website in which you purport to be operating on behalf of Oil Extraction Enhancement Resources, LLC.  That website, http://www.oilrecoverytools.com/, states that "Oil Extraction Enhancement Resources, LLC (OEER) is the provider of patented oil recovery tools that help extract more oil from existing production wells."  The website claims to be copyrighted by OEER in 2008 and makes multiple other references to OEER.  It also lists your name and phone number as the contact person, falsely suggesting that OEER is your company.

As you should know, Eric Corl is the president and managing member of OEER.  You are not, and never have been, an owner of that company, nor have you been authorized to operate a website or otherwise speak for that company.  You must immediately disable the website and cease from any further representation that you are in any way connected to OEER or that OEER is your company.  You also need to immediately identify all other websites and other media where you have purported to speak for or on behalf of Oil Extraction Enhancement Resources, LLC.

Elaine, your false representations that you are an owner of or otherwise affiliated with OEER is against the law and may subject you to punitive damages and attorney fees.  We expect that you end this conduct immediately and hope that another lawsuit against you is unnecessary.
