Before we proceed with the hiring process and interview Im sending you details of the training period and the full-time position. As referenced in the first letter, the primary responsibility of the Senior Supply Manager is to create a stable system of purchasing activities between USA and Europe. This includes negotiating with our customers, shopping and goods consulting, logistic activities and reporting.

I have attached brief description of career opportunities. Before starting as a full-time employee with Offshore Supply Company, there will be a probation period working part-time. The salary during this period will be $4400 per month; you will also receive commissions depending on the results (from $2000). The amount of work will not exceed 15 hours per week. It consists of 4 purchases, 4 shipments, completing the accounting forms, scanning necessary receipts, studying one business case and Supplies theory every week. During the probation period you will have a Supervisor from our company who will provide you with the detailed instructions from our customers with the list of goods they need as well as the best way to send these goods. The working hours for the testing period are flexible and you don't have to work in a physical office, all the studies can be done from home.

In the end of the testing period you will have an opportunity to come to the head-office to share the experience with our top-managers. All the expenses for the air-tickets, hotel, meals, and transfers are covered by our company.

This trip is voluntary - if by some reason you cannot go, you can have an on-line conversation with our top-managers with the translation.After the training period you become a full-time Consulting International employee working in one of our new opened physical offices. Your main responsibility will be to create a stable system of supply activities to serve all the internal orders of our company and our customers. The list of the goods to purchase will vary from office equipment to bulk purchases.The company will pay all expenses that are incurred during the process of the task, given by the company. You will need to submit accounting reports after the completion of each order. Your purchasing and shipping of products should take place only after receiving the funds from OSC.
