Avoid this company. They manufacture emergencies to create billing in addition to standard contracts. (they call it Service calls ranging from $ 150 - $ 500 )
This company is the worst - should be out of business!!
Their track record for replacing elevators:
1. They always bid too low so they will get the job - a bid that won't cover all costs which ends up taking forever to complete their contract (4+ months without an elevator!!!).
2. Get contract signed with a start date - but start 3+ months later (shouldn't that make the contract null & void?)
Please - if you are needing service from an elevator company - do not use this company! Find another company, for your service needs!
Think of your tenants being without an elevator for 4+ months....

Standard Maintenance Contracts

A Standard Maintenance Contract is exactly what what it sounds like. Your service contract does not cover parts or material. It allots you 12 monthly service visitz per year for adjustment and lubercation to allow for safe operation. If your elevator fails to operate you place a service call based on the terms if your contract. If the call is not due to normal wear and tear then it will be billiable at your service contract billiabe rate. This rate is extremely cheaper than open order billing thus the reason you have a service contract. In your terms it states Acts if God are not covered, this also includes stupidity. Holding an elevator door to keep it while you are gabbing, will cause a door fault on your elevator contoller causing the elevator to shut down.
In the future soend the extra monthly money and get a Full maintenance Contract. Dont bash a company because you cheaped out and had tobpay out of pocket on something you signed a contract on.
