Orbit Telecom Like others who filed a ripoff report, we were paying abt $ 15.85 on top of our ATT bill for services we have not requested. When questioned, my wife was told that I did request it thru a website which was a barefaced lie! I checkled our computer browsing history and no one has visited that site on our computer. We've been fraudulently overcharged for about an entire year.! Plantation, Florida

As mentioned under "B" above, we have , for over year been paying for services we did not request or even know about.

When we questioned the company, they told us that I have requested these services thru a website of theirs. We checked our computer browsing history and have foubd no sign of having ever visited that site.

We feel that we have been fraudulently overcharged and Orbit Telecom as well as ATT should bear responsibility for this scam.

When we called again, they sent us a backdated "Thank you for your order" report, --an order we never placed, -- an activation report and a cancellation report stating: " Please note that your voicemail account with Orbit Telecom has been cancelled as per you request," implying that there was, indeed, an active account, which according to the backdated "Thank you for your order" report was requested by none other than us, but they graciously are now willing to cancel such account following our request.

They are still not willing to concede that, in colusion with AT&T, they have illegally charged us for a service we have never requested or, as stated above, even knew about.

I wonder if we will ever get our money back?
