Owen loans Scams for non payments Carol stream Illinois

Mortgage payments was mailed on July 27, 2013 on check 1175 in the amount of $653.12 & as of this date it has not been cashed on return. Second checK was mailed on August 11, 2013 on check 1178 in the same amount of $653.12.the loan number & property address was on the check. I have been calling weekly & they representatives tell me there is no way to email or call the payment processing center in carol stream, Illinois to see where my payments are. I believe they are trying to find a way to have me foreclose on my home for non payment. I talked to asupervisor & he advise me to allow him a day to review & contact someone at the payment processing center.
