PREMIER CREDIT PROTECTION First Premier Bank They informed me that they would not be approving my claim. I have been paying into this plan for over 15 years and they will not pay my claim of $250.00. Jacksonville, Florida

I have had an account with First Premier Bank for oevr 15 years and I have had this creit card protection plan just as long. I became unemployed back in Dec. of 2011 after working 11months full time. I put in my claim I believe in Jan.2012 and I mailed them in all of the papers that they asked for. I believ that they made one payment and then stopped. I was told by First Premier that I was back in my payment and that only one payment had been made by the credit protection plan co. I called them all and was told that I needed to send in updated material and I did and two weeks later I receive a letter from them stating that my claim was not approved because I worked seasonal. I never worked seasonal and if that was the case why did they make that first payment. They are lying and they do not want to pay my credit card bill of $250.00 they ave gotten more then that from me over the years paying into protection plan.
