PURE STRANDS COLLECTION I paid for hair that I never got, it took them months to get me my hair then when I complained and mentioned who I was they sent me garbage hair. Southfield Michigan

This company lured me in with all of the women they had promoting their hair. Kash Doll, Meechie Baby, Tiffany Diane from the stallions, Deelishs, all of their other known stripper and celebrity endorsers. I should have known that was a ripoff to begin with, but the site seemed credible as well as their Facebook page, so I purchased two bundles of hair thinking everything would be fine.

I didnt realize until AFTER i made my purchase, that the hair looked exactly like ali express brand hair. 

For the amount of money I paid for, I could have gotten twice the amount of hair so I emailed the owner of this so called business 6 days after the order was placed just to check on my order because I know they don't do cancellations and to ask about where they got the hair from, is it really true from it's place of origin. NO RESPONSE. I sent them yet another message the following day asking about my tracking number and this time they replied emphasizing the processing and shipping time delay. I truly believes this company advertises hair that they get from Aliexpress, I asked about a partial refund seeing that my hair was never shipped & I have yet to get a response! Meanwhile the women are updating their facebook and instagram of new people they have doing reviews and what not. How can you be posting when you aren't filling your orders or answering emails? So you are just blatantly ignoring everything. I am extremely disgusted. DO NOT order from these people! Very poor customer service & obviously very dishonest! I have a friend that lives in Michigan and actually went to go get her hair and they also said that they were very ghetto as well.
