well when it comes to the rent they will hurry up to collect the rent but when it comes to repairs they don't even show up or call. well i will give you an example:
in the month of sept we had asked the landlord that are sink was clogged and he said he would have a plumber repair it. well the plumber came but the landlord did not tell us when he was going to show up and then we had told him that what day would be good to have him there. well the landlord did not call us when he was coming so the sink was not fixed but it worked. well in November 4 at 1am the sing was licking and the kitchen floor was flooded. well i went to the landlords apt and rang his door and he said it was to late to be asking him about the problem. he commented that hill report it but he doesnt know if it will be fixed sunday or monday. tell you one thing my girlfriend and i would tell him about repairs that need to be done in the apt. We have given him calls on the phone,letters and personal visits to him. but things would never get done. There really good at collecting their rent and when it comes to raising the rent but when it comes to repairs they take forever to fix. Another thing i told the manager that one of our lights dont work in the bathroom and that we need new windows put in which that had changed two of them in the apt but they said they would change all of them and its about 8 months later and nothing has changed.
