It seems since my last post ,as I claimed I would check to see if Jeffrey Hirschkorn would appeal the latest loss in seminole county court against an Injuction his Father ( Alan Hirschkorn ) won against him , Well looking in the clerk of court web site , under document search it seems that Jeffrey has an abundance of outstanding Judgements against him about 75 or so at least that I found , even an outstanding IRS judgement , + court Judgements etc.

The suprise was that under this current year 1/10/12 an appeal showed up , so I checked it out this was made by jeffrey, a new addition to this year , NOW dont get me wrong ( LOL ) I expected a new appeal , But not on an existing Judgement already heard , apealed , denied , apealed again , and also Denied again ...!!!!! LOL

But AGAIN APEALED ! This came on the heals of the decision of his latest loss I bet , and Jeffrey thinks that due to a new Judge that would hear this apeal he would bullshit his way around .But

I did say But this time around the Seminole county 18th judicial district court and it agents Judges , apa`s , clerks etc, Didnt waist much time or resources in Denying his apeal . This was for the "3 worthless checks" he wrote to Bob for rent that He and his Dad never paid . 
 
Jeffrey lost and has to pay Bob the face value of those checks , its public information and jeffrey cannot get away from it .. No matter How many times he apeals it.

The Irs will get there claim too, Also a new forgery charge may be coming forth , as while jeffrey was encarcerated he filed false documents and also signed names to it that were not his. ( is anyone suprised )

So as I stated also in my last post Jeffrey has showed he has no intention on changing when he is released , He continues to Date , even while in jail , to show his colors  < and the system sees through it and will no longer waiste very valuable resourses on his B.S. (((( LLLOOOOLLLL )))) .
But as they told me at the court "its very funny and we can always get a chuckle" when jeff is in town .

As this day Feb, 2nd ,2012 - court in order , Jeffrey was present , along with many of us , It was a good day as jeff rembled on and on , getting very Irate , and everyone finally realizing jeffreys intent on shareing his fantacys of reality , But along with evidence on hand His dad was able to overt another bad situation where Jeffrey would get control .......

Permanent Injuction in place , Jeffrey has no other choice now but to realize he now is on his own and must do the correct thing and take responsibility of his past , present , future actions , and be a responsible person .

He must begin again in the right direction and maybe if he can get past his bad ways , he may have a chance at some sort of decent future . He must embrace the restitution he must pay to some , cover the judgements required to some , and pay the debt required to the law as they require in multiple counties , running and hideing and schemeing will only compound the issues and Jeffrey will end up with no future or life for sure ..... Maybe after that He may realize some friends and maybe down the road in years to come His dad may even want to say hi to him from afar .( Maybe )

The hurt and issues surrounding jeffreys past has impacted many in a very devistating way , and he has to realize that now if there will be any at all forgiving from anyone . but this will need much proof and a dedication to doing the correct thing with those around him in the present and to do the correct thing to those he has hurt in the past that still even wanna be bothered at all .

Jeffrey should be honored if even past victims are somehow connected to him from the payments he needs to make to them , you never know that may be another way to prove his intent to correct his criminal ways .

I know that it will be a while before I will even consider forgetting , and the actions jeffrey makes after his release will decide for me if I can begin the forgiveing process . But that will ultimately be up to Jeffrey and his actions apon getting out . At this point I feel Jeffrey will be the same , as he gave the impression in court nothing has changed , and still blamed everyone of a conspirasy against him . This was not the case , its about protecting an old man from the little parts of a gone wild son , that thinks he can still take advantage and use in full or part his relationship with everyone even his dad and abuse the love and trust he once had and be allowed to do it again .

The world has changed dramatically in the short time jeffrey has been away / Jeffrey Has to change now as well , for the better or else ,  Back to the Jail cell he will end up . Hope he can come to terms with that . I will be watching as many others are and do hope for the best outcome . This is definately not the end though , I will be watching for Jeffreys appeal on this matter and that will also give information on jeffs present intent , Jeffrey has lost every appeal , in every district court , every municipality , and every counter claim on all his convictions and charges against him and also any claims he has made on others .

Lost every battle and war he has waged against anyone and everyone , as jeffrey used to describe his actions in this manner . But Good has beat up bad every time - the temporary feeling of sucess dosent and didnt mean that the ultimate was not eventually going to crush down on him . It Did ! and it will AGAIN !!! if changes are not made !!!!!!  stat . even his past facebook pal Ken wont be able to assist , It will only make a bad situation worst . ( salt on a wound ) never a good thing .

After 2 years Jeffrey still has not learned his lesson , He will lie to the very lawyers representing him , he will lie to the judge and the courts , and he has , he is still filing false charges and forgeing others name on legal documents.

Jeffrey still has court dates he will be in attendance for . ( Feb 2nd 2012) orange county .
This it seems is for the permanent Injunction against Jeffrey from His Dad (Alan) who gives the impression he wants nothing to do with Jeffrey.

If this is true its probably the best thing , I have witnessed how in the past Jeffrey would lash out at his father just for calling up.
I have seen the rage when jeffrey does not get his way , and have seen him fall apart when in a small Jam of his own making. ( If you have seen the clip of Jeffrey from channel 6 , steve coopers report ) You will also see for yourself .

Jeffrey almost knocked over , reporters  , and when he entered the vehicle he nearly ran anyone and everyone over with the car , If it werent for Bob Ross taking the keys out from the car , definate injuries would have occured. (some little girl going to see Mickey Mouse could have been in another car Jeff potentially would have hit .)

Also the deterent for the stop of that vehicle as I looked at it over was that Eddie Poirier had a vehicle that just happened to be in the right place at the right time to allow the vehicle to stop for that moment ,  just before Jeffreys final escape from authorities in another direction.

An Injuction By Alan is necessary but what really needs to be done is Jeffrey to stay in Jail.

He is a danger to all citizens where ever he is , He will hurt people , families , businesses, pets for only his own selfish thoughts and profit.

Jeffrey has most recently tryed to bring past partners to court , forging others names on the complaint document to try to suceed in his false claims , All for nunka ( nothing) he has failed fortunately in ALL his attempts as posted and documented by all the courts and in all the details of those procedings.

But jeffrey still Lies to all , about everything. Even his cell mates and boy friends. He has contacted his Jewish rabbi , who even though Jeffrey cheated and lied to them , they are willing to attempt to help him get a place to live and even a job.( wow )

Jeffrey impersonated a christan and scamed a church in his recent past as well , not to many people know this but I do , he will try anything on anyone no ethics , no empathy , no real feelings tward any victims , All B.S. - All....   The Hurt Jeffrey has imposed on me , my family and my children are lifelong to the scars...... I will not ever forget and no I wont let it go , time has not seemed to heal the type of hurt he deliberately imposed , and I can never heal this , for I live it still each and every day . I hope that the other victims continue to remember and keep this from happening again to others as well , I do know a handfull are , and hope more get updated as well ... from me and others.    Jeffrey gets out in july 2012 ,  as is posted on seminole county jail site His inmate # is D15634 , anyone can see , Victims can join the V.I.N.E. program and get notifications on his present whereabouts . I hope when he gets out he dosent live near me in my neighborhood , or county , I hope you are careful if he is in yours.

Jeffrey as he sits in jail is Currently soliciting monies for and into his jail account as listed on the jail web site , from unsuspecting inmates and their families , this information will be transmitted to the Jail for investigation as well as passed to the states attorneys and judges to be presented at his upcoming appeals and other court hearings......

Also recently His father (Alan Hirschkorn) is either falling back too that which he taught his son Jeffrey ( scam and cheat and Lie ) or Alan picked up a few Bad habits and is now soliciting money from the Parents of students he Drives around in his school bus at Oceola county school .

In a recent comunication with a past victim , the latest word is Jeffrey is still looking to buck the system , by sending letters and asking judge and PD .to discontinue or throw out other charges that are pending , in seminole and , also in orange counties

I searched it out on the Internet, and was successful in finding one article about you that contained "New York", and two travel-related words: "travelers checks" and "Hampton Inn". Actually, it is an article that has already been referenced on this site (Report#538596). Does it ring a bell?

Jeffrey Hirschkorn blows a lot of smoke, and it is apparent that he actually believes that he is exonerating himself by doing so. For example, he seems to feel that he has invalidated my complaint filed with the Florida Dept. of Consumer Services. Your submission verified that my vacation package was not fulfilled to spec, and that substandard accommodations were booked using my credit card, without authorization, to pay your vendors. As expressed in a previous posting, it is my opinion that Jeffrey Hirschkorn is his own worst enemy. By continuing to blow smoke, he motivates people to do everything possible to clear the air, and is keeping them engaged in the process of undoing his dirty deeds. The more time people have to spend talking with their banks, businesses associated with Jeffrey, and the Florida State Dept. of Consumer Services, the more opportunity they have to keep these interested parties in the loop. Perhaps Peabody Research LLC has been around since 2001, when Jeffrey Hirschkorn worked as an IPO commentator in New York, but the Seller of Travel License for Peabody Vacations was issued on Nov. 17, 2009.  I have a copy of the license, and the wording makes it appear to be a new application, as opposed to a renewal. I will certainly inquire with the State of Florida about this, for if it is not a renewal, then Peabody Vacations was selling vacation packages before being licensed.

Some internet searching also revealed that the Peabody Research LLC was registered in the State of Florida under the names of Jeffrey Hirschkorn and Matthew McKinley on 10/28/2009. This was a new filing to do business in the state. Information submitted by the applicants as to the nature of the business in which the corporation is engaged read as follows: OPERATE A PUBLISHING COMPANY; WHEREBY PUBLISHING AN ARRAY OF PERIODICALS. The record of filing for the fictitious name of Divine Vacations, with the owners listed as Matthew McKinley and Jeffrey Hirschkorn, took place on 12/2/09.

All of this leads me to conclude that Jeffrey was, as usual, blowing smoke when he claimed that Peabody Vacations has been in business since 2001.

Folks, this will be my last post but I must address comments made by this con man. My postings are to the consumers and always have been and to help educate them against a company that has some pretty poor business habits. Mr Hirschkorn uses the posts to defame and to belittle his critics and he makes no attempt to address legit claims. Why doesn't his partner come to Peabody's defense?

It has been my goal to make as many people aware as possible that Peabody Vacations and Jeffrey Hirschkorn are very dishonest and can not be trusted and I wanted to point consumers in the right direction so they could file a complaint if they had one. That is why I started responding to posts in this web site, as I wanted the people to know the truth from someone who knows the truth, me!

There are many active compaints that the state of Florida is currently investigating concerning Peabody Vactions/Divine Vacations and of course Peabody Research and if you call them they will be glad to tell you how many active cases they have so when Jeffrey Hirschkorn says there are none, that is an outright lie.

Why doesn't Peabody Vacation address how it is that the President of Peabody/Divine Vacations was charged with Forgery, Identity Theft, Grand theft and 2 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card on January 15th of this year. Jeffrey tells others the case was dropped, but not true.

How is it that a customers credit card somehow was involved with paying for Jeffrey Hirschkorns car repairs?

Why doesn't Peabody/Divine address the court date set for March 2nd at 1:30PM at the Seminole County Courthouse?

Why won't they address all 6 charges Jeffrey Hirschkorn is facing on that date?

Why doesn't Peabody/Divine address the fact that the President of the company has written over $51,000 in worthless checks to 2 vendors in 2 months time?

Why doesn't Peabody/Divine address the fact that they used a stolen credit card to pay for leads?

Why doesn't Peabody/Divine address the fact that they lied to their bank when they did a charge back on my account for $1300?

The President of Peabody/Divine has written worthless checks to Auto Comp in Margate Florida, and still has not paid them the money they owe, why don't they address that other than to say the owner was "irresponsible"

The President of Peabody/Divine wrote worthless checks to a used appliance store in Orlando and still hasn't paid them yet and claimed he was the owner of the house the appliances were delivered to.

What about the worthless check to the AC company that still hasn't been paid?

The President of Peabody Vacations has a long history of writing worthless checks that goes all the way back to 2001 and still continues today.

Why don't they post that the President of Peabody Vacations has a court date in Orange County Fl on April 26th, 2010 for a worthless check that he was arrested on December the 15th for.

Why doesn't Jeffrey Hirschkorn mention all the judgements listed against him that I just found in the Orange County Fl Civil Cases Site?

Why doesn't Jeffrey Hirschkorn mention that Southeast Steel won a judgement in Orange County Fl  recently and are now garnishing his wages?

Why does Peabody/Divine allow Jeffrey Hirschkorn to continue to have access to customers banking information?

Why have so many people taken Jeffrey Hirschkorn to court?

Why has Jeffrey Hirschkorn been evicted from so many rental apartments in the past few years?

There are too many issues with Jeffrey Hirschkorn and his company Peabody/Divine Vacations, too many charges, too many checks, too many court cases. No one should do business with a company that he runs as you can not trust him to pay you or to deliver the prouct you bought.

The President of Peabody also is very dishonest in his personal life and that has to have an impact on whether you can trust him in his business.

I'm also thinking that most honest people won't trust someone who was arrested for Forgery and Identity Theft.

I realize that one wothless check all by itself probably doesn't show intent, but several worthless checks written from the same account absolutely does show intent. I have had several other vendors who were ripped off by Jeffrey Hirschkorn who were nice enough to give me a copy of their checks and all that does is bolster my claim that Jeffrey Hirschkorn intentionally wrote me 2 worthless checks intentionally.

I look forward to the day that Jeffrey Hirschkorn is arrested for fraud, and then for writing the worthless checks. I also look forward to the day that the state of Florida drops the hammer on this fraudulent business and on all responsible parties.

I'm sure the state attorneys office will investigate this company fully as the state of Florida has a major problem with businesses who commit fraud.

I will be a witness for the state of Florida in at least 2 cases and I suggest Peabody/Divine stop trying to intimidate this witness and anyone else who has the nerve to speak the truth about this company.

P.S, all of us are going to see to it that Peabody Vacations and all employees who have committed a crime are held accountable to the full extent of the law. You gotta love the internet, all of us victims have all found each other and are sharing information and connecting all the dots for each other.

Lawsuit has been filed against him for slander, economic deprivation of revenues and not to mention that a stalking charge is being investigated by the Seminole County state attorney's office.

Leads! Lets talk about selling leads to my company that have already been used in other places where you promised exclusive rights for 90-days.

Yes, I do have the right to cancel any and all payments under the Fair Debt Collections Act. His continued harassment against myself and my partners is truly amazing. I urge him to proceed with his methods. He is barking up the wrong tree.

Refunds when necessary are processed in a timely manner. Customers do receive the packages within 5 business days as we now fulfill through a company associated with Sabre Holdings, an indirect affiliate of AMR Corp. So, his claims of not getting packages out to clientele is hogwash. With regard to VIP Travel, they were not involved in any transaction with this company other than sending out packages to people who were affiliated with Beach Cruise & Travel. See Mr. Poirier forgets that Beach Cruise & Travel LLC is also under investigation for its business practices. How so? Simply, a developer cannot extort monies or ask for monies to be advanced for the fulfillment of a vacation until such time that a person contacts the company to set dates for travel. Any and all other monies remain in escrow with Bank of America. And, if anyone would like access to such, I would certainly be obliged to do so.

More importantly, Mr. Poirier watch yourself. You are treading in an area that you do not know.

By the way, each complaint received by Peabody Vacations has been satisfied and closed based upon the standards set forth by the Florida Department of Consumer Affairs and Agriculture.

I just want to end with one note: Peabody Vacations has been in business since 2001 and this is the first time we have had such a problem with a disgruntled vendor because he feels the need to vent. How about us getting burned with leads sold to various call rooms? And, I got the proof from many customers and business owners.

Mr. Poirier is in direct violation of an attorney's letter from Bogin Munns & Munns not to contact myself, my company, my family, my partners, through direct and indirect correspondence. So, this only deepens he faces in the coming days.
