In october i excepted an offer for a credit card with a 2500.00 credit limit in which i was suppose to have a daily withdraw of 500.00 a day i was told i was refursed a credit card and i was denied and my information was forwarded to this company and i was assured that this card would be 2500.00 so i got excited and excepted the offer and told my children we were going to have christmas gifts after all so in the mist of being excited i didnt even think twice because they said that it was comming directly from my bank and since i have an account with bank of america i will recieve my card alot sooner than 25 days which is the wait time

then my account was closed and i contact my bank the account was reopen i asked i called back and asked about my credit card i was informed that they was never suppose to issue me a credit card so i then went online since i could not get in touch with people rebate association by phone and found they never had a web site and then i kept calling the company one lady told me that i wasnt getting it from bank of america im getting it from first premium i got worried and called them again and i was informed they dont do credit cards that was for medical insurance i told them 2 days before not to take the money out of my account and to cancel it they still took 299.95 out of my account and when i asked to get my refund i was told by the companies manager i think yoshi simon that i was not getting my money or i was not getting the authorization number the bank wanted i was tricked and robbed by this company they play a tape with my voice trying to say i excepted an offer for insurance why would i do that im diable the government pay for my insurance an now at the time that im written this they return a call i made last week and telling me that the card would be canceled and i would recieve my money back

i thought it wasnt a credit card company they are true rip off artists they need to be put out of business forever and i am concidering finding all people who had dealings with this company with the same offer to get a class action suit against them they are really robbing people the is really happening anyone with any information and experience the same from this company e-mail me at once together we can bring this company down so they wont fool other people write anytime i always check my e-mail lets bring them down together

I too have been scammed

AUTHOR: Lindsay - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, December 13, 2004

On November 19 i recieved a call early in the morning from a man by the name of Joseph Anderson. This man advised, like many of you, that i was approved for a Visa card with a credit limit of $2500 and also a daily cash advance of $500. I questioned the gentleman on how i was all the sudden approved for such a high credit limit and low APR. This man advised that every once in a while Visa runs special credit approvals to allow individuals with impaired credit the opportunity to rebuild their credit. He said that the $299.95 wasn't a down payment for a secured card just a processing fee. Joseph told me that i would receive my card in 3-4 business days and that immediately when i received it would be able to take out a cash advance so if i needed to borrow the money i would be able to pay it back immediately. It was early and i was, to be completely honest, excited that i was getting a credit card as in the past few years i have had some major financial problems. I gave the man my information and awaited my credit card. After speaking with several customer service reps the next couple weeks i became very suspicious and wondered if i was ever going to get this card. Finally after about 3 weeks, i reicieved a package in the mail from Peoples Rebate Association on 12/10. In this package there were coupon books for various restaraunts and insurance plans, definately not what i had thought i would be receiving. It said on the cover letter, "Provided this is not what you had ordered, the items can be returned and upon reciept of the package we will refund your money minus $29.99 for shipping. The next afternoon i recieved an envelope with a credit application for centenial bank. Ironically enough i had just applied for that card on my own and was denied so obviously by now it was pretty evident, if it wasnt before, that this was a scam. I have been trying to contact this company regarding return information as it wouldnt suprise me, if i returned it to sender that i wouldnt recieved credit. Honestly I dont forsee that i will receive a credit no matter what. But you better believe that i will do my best to try. If there is any happenings regarding a law suit against this company &/ Strategic Credit Educators, who i regretably fell into the same trap with, within days of each other,
