I believed that Peter M. Mills was going to help modify our homes. I paid him $7,600 to modify 4 of our homes. He did nothing but lie.  From Aug. 2011 until one of our homes was foreclosed on Dec. 2011, Peter did nothing but lie until the very end.  He always told me everything was going good and that we were going to have a 2% mortgage payment everything that came out of his mouth were lies.

Everytime I faxed to him documents he said he would give it to his legal department he lied.  I cannot believe that I trusted this man I thought everything was being taken care of I even referred my 84 year old aunts home and my son.  He just took the money and did nothing in return.  My daughter in law asked alot of questions to Peter Mills that he got nervous and said he was going to refund my sons money $1,275.00.

My sons money to date has not been refunded and when I asked Peter to refund our money of $7,600 he never returned my calls and to date has not refunded our money.  This company did not do anything they promised.  They are nothing but FRAUDS.  I do not want them to rip off anyone else.  I really want to press charges. What more do we have to do to get justice and keep these people from ripping off other people.
