I sent for the TV series of Hill Street Blues. With shipping, the cost was over 100.00 dollars. The condition of these DVD's are terrible. All are scratched, some have no audio and others fuzz up or are unwatchable. They are in no order, I assume because they were shipped from China and the numbers on the DVD's are unreadable. I have been completely ripped off. I will attempt to E-mail and call the companies, both Planet DVD Store.com, and WHAT-A-DEAL. I will also register a complaint with the BBB, and with my State's attorney for the State of Illinois. I want a full refund, and I will send the product back at the cost of the company. Thank You Very Much for your help.

is the same as this site they riped me off as well and I filed a report with ripoff, Seems they have several names.
