If you look at the Better Business Bureau file, Georgia, you will find nearly 100 complaints of the kind given here.  The company did the same to me as to many other complainants.  I bit on a trial order of Testoril, a testosterone booster--supposedly.  I ordered on September 4, 2013, but did not receive the product till September 10, when I assumed--wrongly--a 'trial' would begin.  After all, a trial can only begin when one has a product to try.  When I called and complained about an illicit charge to my account of $89.99, the company refused to return the money, arguing I had begun a trial order on the day I ordered--which policy is announced in their "terms and conditions" on their testoriltrialorder.com website.  I don't think I ordered from that website, by the way, and I certainly would never have ordered had I known they would charge my account without authorization. 

They refuse to return the money, standing by their illicit policies--I talked on the morning of 9/24 to four or five of them, each one mouthing, robotically, the same conditions and refusing to return my money.  The company is, one realizes after the fact,  clearly a scam one, operating out of telephone sweatshops, and 'jamming' their product up people's noses--then telling them 'tough luck, you didn't read the fine print.'  They have never heard of good faith and best practices--aren't interested in anything but getting your money and are apparently indifferent to complaints and possible legal action, believing themselves legally, if not morally or in terms of fair business practices, covered.  Do not deal with them.  I have of course called my bank and told them not to accept any more charges, to issue me a new card, etc.  I doubt I'll ever see my money again and take it as a lesson about dealing with companies on-line.  A very sleazy operation, disgusting to deal with.
