I have been suspended in the 5th day of hosting. 14 hours of downtime for an account with 10 sites, and support did not want to solve the problem. They said "you abused, but you don't need to know what we call abuse".

Aditionaly they charged me 50 $ because i requested a refund of 9$. Guess that's how they make their business, disputing clients. Told them they'll go out of business soon with this rude support. BTW, i was "handled" by Peter.
