Prime Home Warranty Choice Home Warranty does not complete repair claims or service calls Internet, Internet

After moving into our first home this past summer we purchased home warranty from Prime Homes.  We made our first service call to repair our fridge that broke and it took two weeks to finally get repaired. 

Our next service call was due to our heater leaking large amounts of water outside.  We were told it would take 24 hours to get a technician to our home.  Several things have happened since then (four weeks Later).  First, the technician called us after 4 days requesting a full payment before they could service us which our deductible is only $65.  Next, the technician said they do not work with this warranty company and it is our responsibility for all repair costs. We went back to Prime Homes to request a valid tech come repair the heater so another tech was assigned.  After a week a second tech from another company told us the same thing that they never heard from the Home Warranty Company but they were returning our call regarding a service be done at our home.  Last week I spoke with Prime Homes to determine what was the issue and they stated the tech did not take their payment.

I spoke with the tech company personally after waiting for yet another call for service and they stated this company did not want to pay but instead wanted to do a line of credit under the name 'AWASSU'.  I gave the heating company Manager the warranty companies phone number. 

I received a call back from the Manager and they were given the run around.  The manager stated they would be falsifying documents by applying as another company and she was placed on hold only to be told they would call her back.  She has yet to get a call back. 

This company, after research, has been known as Choice Plans.  Do not trust this company.  They do not honor their contract and will not provide service but instead will take your money.
