Prime Lending boasts about their culture until times get tought. then they fire the support staff and force the remaining people to work overtime without claiming it.  They tell you that you can report it, but if it's not approved ahead of time, you can and are written up.  If they do supportive it then they write you up for not finishing your work in a timely manner.  You lose either way.

Then if you speak up about it or make a complaint about company policies, You go from being a model employee to one getting written up or fired.  Like I said, its not just the overtime thing, if you question the upper management, your days are numbered.  Do your research, most of the came from Countrywide Mortgage,(Gene Lugat and Karen Blakeslee run the entire southeast of the company) and for those of you who don't know, that's the company that had the largest amount of foreclosures and was later bought out by Bank of America.

Employees be careful, they smile while they are filling out your pink slip.  Also loan originators beware, they have found a way to charge you for their systems mistakes.  I am glad I got out when I did because what I sent through was bad, but from my friends who are stuck there, it is getting worse daily.  Good luck to all,
