    Stay away from this place.

 I parked my camper/trucks here for approx one month to the day. The owner (Todd)  agreed to a price of $1500 dollars per month which i paid on the spot,and at which time he said the water and sewer would be hooked up in approx 2-3 days which would be the 16th/17th october which was not a big deal because I was not gunna be back for a week. 

Upon coming back a week later I noticed there was still no water/sewer service So i had to rent a motel room in sidney for a couple days, no problem.

Then 2nd week i get a phone call from the office wanting my ccard on file, no problem, i gave it to them. The following day an unauthorized charge of $2250 shows up on my card which put me at a total of $3750 I had invested this campsite in the first 10 days, still no problem..

The 3rd week i get a call from one of my drivers saying that the owner of the RV park has been continually harrasing him over things such as ingress and egress parking etc. and that the surfacing is inadequate due to the sand content of there base material, still no problem...

Finally I come back the 30th day of my stay at the primo rv park the water had been on for 2 days however it isnt fit for human consumption yet mice have totally ravaged my camper and oh by the way no pets are allowed. I couldnt take it anymore. I started gathering up my skirting hooked up my camper and moved out. When I asked for the 2250 they charged to my ccard to be refunded Todd responded by calling me a f***ing idiot and only offered to return 1500 of the 2250.  

Do yourself a favor and park at the bangell rv park in sidney instead they are half the price, top notch staff and you can actually drink the water.
