I have never been so unhappy with a company in my life. I feel the prices and the service is just a money making scheme designed to cause a hardship. The hardship resulting in you losing your belongings that you have stored. The employees are rude and nasty.
Calling the coroporate office about any fees or about service was a waste of time. They showed zero concern for a customer's concerns. I wish I never used that Public Storage. If I can help even one person not make the same mistake I did, it would be priceless. I would never in a million years use the Public Storage again. If it were free I would turn it down. They were horrible. Just horrible donot use Public Storage!!!! You have been Warned!
It doesn't matter if you were storing your Grandmother's ashes. They are only concerned with money and ripping you off!!!

Judging from your own post it sounds like you owed them money. Well the world is NOT a charity case. If you owed them money then you needed to pay it. Its a very simple concept....its called a business. A business doesnt STAY in business by giving away money. And thats what it sounds like you wanted them to do. You asked them to either drop your late fees or credit you something for a percieved slight. Either way, it doesnt change the fact that you owed them money for using thier services. You see your falling into the standard self-entitlment that ALL American consumers have. You feel that YOU should be treated and handled differently because its YOU. The world doesnt work that way. So if you lost your stuff, then this is just a sour grapes post because you couldnt pay what you owed. Its a storage business. If you cant pay what you owe, then they MUST take those same belongings and sell them to make back what you owe. Its very simple really. One...dont use a storage facility. Two. Pay your bill and you dont have to worry about it.
