Do not sell to Quality Networks Inc. (QNI) in Wetumpka, AL. They are a scam and do not pay their vendors/suppliers. Quality Networks Inc. is part of a holding company called Asaba Group Holdings AKA The Asaba Group, who operate out of Natick, MA and whose president and CEO is Victor Edozien.
Although Mr. Edozien will say he has nothing to do with QNI or their payables, his staff says otherwise. Bailey Traynor, Purchaser, will yell at you for trying to collect as she states "I have nothing to do with that, deal with my managers or you can take us to court!". Stephanie Redman, Operations Manager, and Betty Thrash, Accountant, say that there is nothing they can do to make payments because the only signer on the account is Victor Edozien. Victor Edozien will gladly give you his cell phone number but never answer it and most of the time he is supposedly out of the country doing business in Nigeria.
In 2013 we sold electronic components, connectors, and misc. product to QNI. QNI is over one year past due on invoices totalling in excess of $50,000.00. They continue to operate and secure big contracts on builds for the United States government, defense contractors, and companies like Chrysler, yet they DO NOT pay their debts. No one ever picks up the telephone, they barely respond to emails, and will give you the complete runaround.
I know for a fact they have done this to other companies, ie. Allied Wire & Cable and Tyco (TE Connectors), who have both filed suit for much smaller amounts.
Unless you like giving away product and money, I suggest not dealing with any of the parties involved.

This is a rebuttal that we have found necessary to file and along with this action, we are filing a federal lawsuit against these three individuals:
- BRANDON BILOTTA
- DAN VASSEUR
- JOE BILOTTA
ALL OF XS MICRO for harrassment, defamation, false accussation and statements, and attempted extortion. In addition, we have proceeded with a legal injunction for the court to order Joe Bilotta, Brandon Bilotta and Dan Vasseur to immediately cease and desist from harassing Victor Edozien, his family, and The Asaba Group.
Neither Victor Edozien or The Asaba Group owes XS Micro or these individuals any money. The Asaba Group does not own and has never owned Quality Networks Inc. These individuals have been informed numerous times about this fact. Victor Edozien is one of the investors in Quality Networks Inc. These individuals have refused to accept the fact that because QNI owes them money that does not equate to Victor Edozien or The Asaba Group (which has no ownership in QNI) owing them money. They blatanly have chosen to ignore fundamental corpoarate governance laws.
On several occassion, these individuals and their directed parties have continued to harass, call, and leave messages at Victor Edozien's family and resorted to extortion behavior and practices. They continue to leave messages at the home where Victor Edozien's kids and their mother reside. They have left message threatening to come to their home. This mafia extortion like behavior reflect the character and personalities of these individuals - also their willingness to make false statements which are defamatory and wrong. At the threat of our lawsuit they attempted to revise their report to include the fact that neither Victor Edozien or The Asaba Group owes them money. We will take the high road and litigate against these individuals with the goal to get punitive damages and end their ability to do this obscene act to anyone else. For evil and bullies to succeed, it requires good people to say nothing and do nothing...in this case we will act to stop them from doing this bullying to anyone else. thanks

Victor is the president and CEO of QNI, QNI is part of the Asaba Group. Victor is the founder of the Asaba Group. QNI is the only party that owes Xs Micro money.
