RAC Acceptance called to see Jackson Mississippi

 I called your 8886722411 on yesterday and talked to a Tiffany who said that Felicia Wilson will be contacting me today. I also called to another RAC e located at the Clinton, Ms office and she said she would send Felicia Wilson an e-mail about this issue but i have not had a phone call as of yet. I did call back to the Harding St. location later and was told by Ms. Kee Kee that Felicia Wilson was still not in. I asked Ms. Kee-Kee could she look to see what my balance was in September and August and she said she could not do that because my acccount was inactive because of payoff.. I asked her that 2 times and she repeated same issue...

Now i have left my contact # with bot RAC locations for Felicia Wilson, supervisor to contact me and again, as of 7:35am she nor anyone from RAC has tried to call me.
