The best you can do now is join in with now including you 32 victims of Boylan and his Ram Theater Services that John Lare was the front man laundering money for Shaun, just as Arron Green did before Johnny showed up. Be sure and keep all your correspondance and copies of your certified bank checks you sent to the )aughton Circle address. Contact Lee County Sherrif Dept and ask to file a fraud complaint. Be sure and get a case number. About two weeks after you file, you will get a call from an economic fraud division detective. He will want all documents. This is the only way to get the Florida States Attorney involved and Boylan arrested and prosected. On unrelated charges Boylan must appear in a forgery case set for Nov, 19, 2011. If you search all the reports relating to Boylan you will figure out who to google and contact one of the other publishers scammed and then you will be connected to our network. Ultimately probably a 1000 business have been hurt and monies diverted by this con man. Be on the lookout for other similar products as I am sure he will change the business name, his name and be right back at his confidence game... he is operating a ponzi.

WOW! Now this all makes sense!!! I am owed over $5,500 by Shaun Boylan, RAM Theatre Services. I was promised my next magazine would be published for "Free" or with the money that was owed to me. I requested a refund, but was told they did not have the cash to refund me. I am just recovering from surgery I had back in August and I have tried to call and email Shaun numerous times to see when I could get my magazine that he owes me published. Of course, I have not heard from him since June when I told him I was going to wait until after surgery to publish again. If anyone knows how to get in touch with Shaun or if this escalates to a class action suit, please let me know.

First, I find it interesting that you are only posting about me, and not any of the other publishers who have also posted against you.  These other publishers have been forthright with where they are from making it obvious who they are!  One is from Rockford, IL.  One from Hendersonville, TN.  One from Huntsville, AL.  One from Aravada, CO - but I understand there are a few others from Colorado you've screwed over.  

The point is, you give me far greater credit than I'm due.  I have better things to do than spend my time posting about you.  I simply got the ball rolling, and other victims of your Ponzi scheme have come out of the woodworks.  You and ONLY YOU are responsible for the chaos you've created.  

It truly is defamation of character for you to post the false statements about me on this site.  This is your pathetic attempt at blaming someone else for your inability to operate a business truthfully and successfully.  You are the ONLY person that feels you were a success at any point in your career.

I'm impressed with your knowledge but I'm wondering how you know these things?  You've posted several times mentioning that Shaun lives in a hotel, that he's using Ed Falcone's name on bank accounts and rentals....How do you know these things?  What can you do to verify this information?  How did you find out these things?  Are you a former publisher like the rest of us?

Seriously Shaun, do you think any of us fear you and your empty threats of lawsuits?  Know that I'm not hiding from you or using false identities here.  I simply entered in a user name as Former Publisher because it asked me to.  You know I'm in Missouri.  You know who I am.  And you better know I'm never going to stop chasing you until you die or are in jail.  No one else needs to be screwed over by you.

It's interesting that you are telling people that I've got a new persona or that I'm different now due to a tragedy in my life.  First of all, I'm the same person I've always been.  You've just screwed over the wrong people and we refuse to let you get away with it.  You actually thought you could attempt to send out only HALF of my April magazines when I paid for all 10,000?  WTF is wrong with you that you think that is okay? I have the proof of your request to screw me and my advertisers, I have all the bank receipts that show I paid the full publishing fee, AND I have proof of you requesting to mail only 5,000 of my magazines instead of the full 10,000.  You can't explain that away.  

Secondly, how dare you tell other people that I've had a tragedy in my life that's changed me when you know nothing about me or my life.  Let me clear it up for you so you have the truth and can stop using my personal life to further your agenda!  My eight year old daughter's father passed away the day after Mother's Day this year (2012).  I left him when my daughter was only three months old.  He didn't see my daughter again until she was six and a half and he saw her only 5 times from then until she was eight.  He was not around for birthdays or Christmas' for my daughter and he had to be chased by the courts to pay child support of which he only paid about two and a half years worth   Although I think it's unfortunate for his family and for my daughter who will not have her father ever, the facts are that there is no love lost there.  It was not a tragedy to me or to my daughter.  We didn't cry, we didn't get upset and we didn't change.  My daughter didn't know the man and I hadn't been around him for almost eight years.  

It just so happened that he passed away when I happened to make a break from you.  But his passing did not in any way have an influence on my decision to stop publishing with you.  And you are so arrogant that you want to blame any one and any thing else rather than take responsibility for your own actions. So if you are going to use the death of my daughter's father in trying to convince your publishers that I'm somehow different or that I'm somehow to blame for you losing publishers, be sure and tell them the truth. 

At least when I'm posting or speaking with other people about you, I'm stating facts.  I'm not making stuff up.  All the legal troubles you've had have involved money and are documented by the great state of Florida.  Don't kill the messenger Shaun.  I didn't make your mess, I'm just sharing it.  So you want to say something about me, be honest.  Ooops, I almost forgot!  You don't know what the truth is!

In my urgency to post all the information I had, I mistyped a date.  The date for the recent eviction notice was actually 7/25 of 2012, not 2010.  I apologize for the typo.  

There are 14 ex publishers now.. ex all for very good reasons as reported here and all in the past 10 months (many more that just could not make the money that was claimed, many who sent deposits and were unable to make it work and publish).

Only one publisher remains that this group of 14 publishers knows that plans to publish another issue that has published before and this publisher plans to put his advertisers at risk in the city of Tuscaloosa, Alabama with Coupon and Movie Magazine, even after himself having only half his magazines delivered recently, can we say Crazy?

No Jim aka Michael Shaun Boylan, Michael J Boylan, Shaun Reilly or whatever you call yourself tomorrow, Bob is a real publisher and you know it and Publisher X is another individual, and so is Stan and the post of the individual who asked for their money back. Can we say Class action hopes? Let us see how many more we can get to collaborate our accounts here on Ripoff, that is what you do.

I concur with the original report above. I have personally been scammed out of a few thousand dollars by Shaun Boylan and RAM Theater Services.

I fear no lawsuit as all things stated are factual.  There are more than a dozen former publishers who have suffered losses due to Michael Boylan, aka Shaun Boylan, and his magazine publishing scams.  

Quad Graphics doesn't agree with your statements of you making them millions of dollars.  In fact, you owe them more than $20 Million dollars and they are still seeking payment.  There's a link below that shows the courts awarded them the win and more than $20 Million so your words can do nothing to refute this.  

No time during my post was I recruiting.  We are simply former publishers that don't want any other person to be taken advantage of.  We don't want anyone else to have their business name tarnished, lose their credibility, have their home go into foreclosure, or have to file bankruptcy - all of which has already happened to several former publishers.  

We simply want others to be aware of what is truly going on with RAM Theater Services and it's owner Michael J. Boylan, aka Shaun Boylan.

Oh, and my experiences with publishing with RAM was that I had two magazines late.  And, I have an email that proves Shaun was going to mail only half the magazines that I paid for.  I have bank and postal receipts to verify I paid for the full shipment.  I paid properly with cashiers checks and did so on time.  And last time I checked, you can't bounce a cashiers check, so I never had a returned check.  

I've got all my receipts.  And, I'd be happy to divulge ALL of my paperwork to anyone who needs verification.  Oh, and have already done so with the Naples Daily News, the FBI, the FTC, the IRS, and the Florida Attorney General.  I'm not afraid of sharing my story.

The person writing this insane article has posted under different names on a variety of web sites. She never names herself for fear of a law suit.

The allegations are false and her attempt to tie a CIVIL lawsuit between two Corporations that had nothing to do with mail fraud, missed mailings or anything of the sort is false.

The person named here has NEVER been arrested in his life. Check the records, this one-time action has nothing to do with mailings or any other mail concerns. It is ridiculous and being dropped. It points to a supposed check for $260. from a Cousin.

The person writing here would have you believe that these are the same Companies and that the family member was a Publisher somehow. This is not true.

The lawsuit between two Companies that was written about here:
The two did business together successfully or nearly 20 years.
Hundreds of millions of good profitable business dollars were spent.
When the economy hit the skids, CCM Inc was unable to keep up payments after a stellar 20year record.

Now let's ask the motives of the person writing this article? Trying to build a business from the work of others is called "Unjust Enrichment" and the person here is simply trying to scare people into publishing with her. Scare tactics never work. Lies and distortions never work either. 

Tell us your name whomever is making these wild claims. If you ever Published, tell us YOUR experiences.  There have factually been a couple hundred mailed zones at 10,000 or 15,000 quantities. Can you say that you had problems. If so, what and when? Did YOU pay properly? no returned checks? No late payments? 

She will not divulge this information since nothing of the kind ever happened.
