Salesman shoemaker indicated to me that he had offers on my consignment RV but coulsd not get financing.  Completely untrue as he never bothered to give me that indication until I went to get my RV back.  At first he as asking $79,000 and then reduced to 69,000 aad then to 65,500.  These would have generated commisssions to him for up to 425,000.

He reassured me that it eas not a good time to sell so I waited for almost nine motnths.  Since it is a diesel it needed to be started tfrequently.  H assured me that it was started at least once a week.  Totally a lie as the chassis batteries were both unusable.

He had me change the oil and do some other service for a total of approx. $700. I was havig to drive almost 600 miles to go back to check on the RV.  Once again he assured me that it was not a problem..When it became apparent that these folks were doing nothing to try to promote the sale other than internet I went to get my RV back after nine months.

When I got there they had a charger on the RV for me to get it started. After I left and took it to a dealer here it was noticed that the Perko swithch had been removed. That is thw switch you turn off when RV is not in use.  I foynd it where someone had thown itinto an empty bay.  When I called Shoemaker to find out why yhat had happened, he shouted that they never remove anything and rather than continuing with the conversation he hung uo on me.  At first, he comes on like a "good old boy" attitude and the truth is he is a liar and completely intrustworthy.

  Never ,never , never under any circumstances should you truct these people.  Wish I had read all the complaints before I did business with them.  Maybe this testimony can help some opther unfortunate soul.
