I talked to Mary Ann Martin over a week ago about getting $2037.66 refunded from my CDL driving course . I could not continue at 160 driving academy because of a medical condition that caused severe motion sickness when riding in a semi tractor. I sent the medical papers she requested and was told i would get my refund. After a week i called the number 1-847-835-5353, which i had spoken to mary ann on a week ago. A man answered and said mary ann did not live there. I called back two more times and they said ( wrong number) and would hang up before i could speak. i checked with the state of illinois buisness registry and it lists this phone number as Rock Gate Capital, llc. STEVEN GOLD is listed as the ceo at 135 rock gate, glencoe,il 60022.

This report is false as is the information provided. Mr. Thompson was provided a refund for $2,037.66 even though PER SECTION 1060.80.C OF THE ILLINOIS ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND THE CONTRACT HE SIGNED he was not owed any refund. He indeed cashed his refund check after attending our school program and before he decided to drop out. We will take all necessary action to protect our reputation as a leading vocational school in the country. Its unfortunate that anybody can post misleading information on this site without checking any facts.
