Ray Smith is a heartless man who sells sick puppies for a living. He sold me a 7 1/2 week-old toy s**+ tzu with parvo. He meets the clients at his tanning store located at the Publix Plaza in Birmingham and makes you believe that you are doing the best deal of your life.

He was all smiles and let me hold the puppy for a while, sure that I would fall in love with the puppy and buy it. He gave me the health records showing that the vaccines were given but I am sure that it is all a lie because my puppy started showing the parvo disease symptoms after 3 days I got it. It was Christmas Eve when my sweet puppy Bella started throwing up and having diarrhea. Some hours before, I had noticed that she was too tired and sleepy and did not play at all. My husband and I left the family Christmas celebration and rushed to the emergency vet clinic. The vet ran tests and told us that Bella was diagnosed with Parvo. She had to spend the night there and we had to pay $700 for initial treatment. She came home on Christmas morning and was admitted at the emergency clinic at 2pm again to spend the night on IV and medications.

She left the emergency clinic this morning and we had to take her immediately to a vet hospital where she will probably stay till New Year's Eve. The vets are doing everything possible to save Bella, although we know it is a very serious and contagious virus.

I contacted Ray Smith and he said that was not possible because all his dogs are healthy, but after my husband found other reports about him on the Ripoff Report online, we are sure that Bella already had Parvo when I brought her home.Bella was a Christmas present to my husband and I will never forget his smile when I gave her to him. She is our first puppy and we are totally in love with her. We spent our Christmas crying and praying to God that she will make it safely. My sweet Bella is away from us now and it hurts so much to know that she is going through this suffering. She was away from her mom so early and now she is away from us too. We love her and we want her home so we can give her all the love she needs.

We are not sure of how much we are going to pay for her treatment, but it will probably be around $5,000. Also, I have to clean all my house with bleach because the virus survives for up to 2 years. It is a very resistant virus that cannot be destroyed with any product, except for clorox.

Ray Smith has to pay for his crimes. He is a cruel, heartless man.
