Realty Trade is a misleading company. I spoke to Eddie Hernandez a sales representative on Monday, September 1, 2008 (Labor Day). He informed me of the companies approach to sale my timeshare. I asked him if I do not want services to be rendered and I do not sign a contract will funds be taken out my account. The answer was it will be refunded to you.

I was tried contacting Mr. Hernandez on September 2nd. The answering machine stated the offices opened at 11.A.M. I called back at 11 the recording stated the office was closed. I called for an hour the office according to the answer machine was still closed. I left Mr. Hernandez a voicemail and informing him of my concerns. I also informed him of how I did not understand how he could call me on Labor Day but the office is closed the next day. Mr. Hernandez called me and left a message stating he doesn't get into the office until 12. A little suspicious. I told him that I will read the contract once it is sent to me and give him my decision if I was going to go along with the company. I also asked him about the monies and if they were to come out of my account if I would be refunded he said yes. I also voiced my concerns with some of the complaints I've read on line with this company about keeping funds if they receive an offer rather than if the company is unable to sale the property. I told him that receiving an offer doesn't necessarily mean someone is going purchase the property.

Well I read the contract online that so happened to be sent to my email a day early. I read the terms of the refund for if I were to sign the contract and I DO NOT AGREE with many of the terms. I contacted this company again around 5 P.M. yesterday. There was no response, no one picks up the phone, and Mr. Hernandez's line goes to voice mail or is picked up and someone hangs up.

I am going through my financial service to retrieve funds. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE COMMITTING FRADULENT ACTIVITIES.

Monique,

Thank you publicly putting on display your impudent impatience, lack of education, and brainless lack of consideration for the time it takes to process a refund. As you know, it was a holiday in which we had a skeleton staff in the office for half of the day that you were contacted by Mr. Hernandez. The next day after a holiday is always busy after a holiday, especially after an extremely long weekend with current clients and return phone calls.

Not that it really holds any weight in this situation, but we do have rotating shifts of people who are in the office from 11-8 and also from 12-9 to accommodate for our clients on the east coast and west coast.

The usual time that it takes to refund is 1 full business day under normal circumstances. Being that we had a holiday, you were issued a refund on September 3rd, before this was posted. It takes approximately 2-3 days for the credit to post to your account.

We would appreciate you appending the note and acknowledging your refund and appending the libelous remarks that you made.

If not, it will be clearly evident to anyone who reads your ridiculous rant, your level of intelligence.

Contact us if you wish, but we consider this case settled and your grievance resolved.
