Rebecca Nolan I was trying to get in touch with denny's at diamond acres.com and instead of getting there website i got all of these reports being filed where were they 5 months ago when i was researching to buy my puppy wish i had known then what i have found out today was already suspicious but this just confirmed what i already suspected Scottsboro Alabama

All I can say is after today my suspicions were confirmed....... I was trying to access the website for diamond acres kennel and lots of disturbing things begin to pop up......... I too thought I did my research in finding the right breeder...... and search for about 2 years on the internet...... I also saved up what I thought it would cost to purchase my puppy...... I visited the Denny's website numerous times over that period and would also from time to time call and ask questions they were very helpful....... I then was ready this summer of 07 of purchase my puppy but was going to wait until the weather got cooler ...so I called Evonne and said I would send a deposit when the weather permitted shipping and when she had a puppy from one of her litters available....... she then told me they were able to ship puppies out anytime because they could be shipped at night......... lie #1...... she also ask if I was interested in one of the puppies on line at that time..... I said yes but it was one of hers and I did know that there was not a guarantee..... she then said I am very good friends with this breeder and I will give you the same guarantee as I give with my puppies..... good enough I felt with what I read on her site I could trust her...... afterall I had been warned to be very careful when buying a Frenchie off of the internet...... so I told her which puppy I wanted and I within the next 2 days sent her money in full....... plus $200.00 for shipping..... that was a total of $2750.00..... alot of money for me....... she received my money..... but never contacted me or e-mailed me I also noticed she never took my puppies picture off the site or said puppy sold....... I finally sent another e-mail and I was told well she just had not put sold on it.... even it says website updated daily....... my puppies picture stayed on the site for about 3 months...... don't know how many people bought that dog by picture........ so after about 3 weeks...... again I am told shipping no problem.... we now ship anytime because we whip at night...... so when I call trying to find out why I havn't been contacted or where my dog is ...I am then told that she can not be shipped out until the weather is cooler..... what the heck the she tells me her husband handles all of that I would have to talk to him...... he says no we only ship to like Miami....... not what she said....... so I waited several weeks for the weather to be right..... always having to make contact otherwise I heard nothing........ After waiting several weeks I finally received my puppy at the airport....... when we picked her up she smelled so god awful....... we had to pull over for my daughter to throw up...... we found the nearest pet store before we made our 1 hour drive back home to get a bath........ I received her on a Saturday ..... so it was Monday before my vet could check her ..... I will have to say in all of my 28 years of using this vet I have never heard him cuss until this day....... she was covered in red spots from head to toe ...for what he said was probably some type of allergy...... she was highly infested with earmites..... we after almost 6 months are still trying to get rid of because they were so bad....... worse yet she had 2 not 1 corneal scars on both eyes and infection from some type of injury....... I was told the corneal scars are permanent because they were not treated at the time they occured...... my vet said there was no way this dog was vet inspected and he missed all of this....... he filled out my health form and strongly advised me to send her back...... but I was already in love and attached...... I tried to send her the papers for 2 days and couldn't finally getting in touch with her I was told her fax wasn't working so I could mail them to her and she would still honor the guarantee........ I also didn't get any shot records and e-mailed twice requesting them I was told she would send them...... never got them...... so we had to do vaccinations from scratch....... then shortly withing 2 months she started lossing hair...... she was diagnosed with demetox mange...... for those of you who do not know what that is ......... we hopefully will get this into remission..... but it will never go completely away......... it is a heredity immune deficiency inherited from one of the parents......I had planned to breed her........ know my vet says he advises against it ....... and by the way she indicated my vet was just trying to make money by spaying the dog...... but if that were the case which it isn't would he make more in the long run from litters of puppies...... she said my vet basically didn't know what he was talking about...... so I then became suspicious....... after all his name did contain DVM after I didn't notice the Evonne Denney DVM........ I have also in the meantime done alot of research on the "disease" and my vet seems to be right on the money............... I love my dog I wouldn't give or sell or back for anything she is family....... but again when you pay that much money for a puppy you expect a healthy puppy....... I have lots of vet bills...... and lots of mental stress because of this ........... I have tried to get in touch with her several times and to no avail... I finally got in touch with her by leaving a message saying I wanted another puppy she picked that phone up before I could even complete the message...... sorry Evonne I lied..... but I knew what would get you to the phone....... I was told that my papers would be here in 5 to 6 months ..so that would put me at about April......... I will be surprised if I see them after reading all of these complaints...... I am still making biweekly trips to the vet because of the mange.......... I wish I had been aware of these complaints before I became another victim.....I feel Evonne isn't raising good quality puppies in a loving christian home as she puts it...... I feel like I bought my puppy from a puppy mill........ and yes I too received the and be blessed e-mails....... I am a Christian too and I would in no way be able to live with myself if I were doing this to so many....... in case I do not receive my papers in the aloted time frame I would be willing to pursue legal actions..... for all the stress...... the vet bills........ and the fraud that these people have dealt if any one is trying to get in touch and can't....... they have moved to Lavone Tx....... I have the address........ I also know that Mr. Denney works at the Dallas airport in the shipping dept. if that helps anyone..... she now has her puppies listed on different websites...... there is no longer a diamond acres kennel website......... if someone pursues this and can contact me please do....and I would like to know if anyone else has had the mange problem that dog suffers from...... I know there were other puppies in this litter...... which by the way when I questioned her on that she said that the mother or father neither one had the mange at anytime........ but they probably did ..... she just doesn't know because she probably doesn't even know who the mother and father are we will see........ disappointed..... I expected more from a person proclaiming to be a Christian......... but she will not be able to hide behind that because that really pisses GOD off.............. thanks for letting me unload........ hope this will help someone so they don't make the same mistakes all of us have made........ again I love my dog...... she is wonderful....... I just expected a healthy dog for that price............
