Rey Rodriguez of Wiseman Caapital took front money from several of my clints for commercial loans and did not close them which left me in a very awkward position with my clients. He was selling commercial loans for all commercial properties. Rey sold us on Cash Adevance loans for gas stations at very believable rates and terms. We now find that these rates and terms do not exist but ook $900 from each one of my clients II saw a R Rodriguez for a residential loan on Mortgage Grapevine - looks like the same old Rey This guy knows the mortgage business and is really good - very convincing
Stay away from this guy If anyone has heard of Rey and knows what he is up to i would be curious to know but would never do business with him again
