This is 100% completely false and a lie. We would also point out that the person who wrote this report cannot spell the word "Guarantee" correctly which calls into question his or her ability to write an accurate report or accurately critique the credentials of our writers. The facts are as follows: We do not guarantee jobs on any of our websites period.

We have an interview guarantee on ONE of our websites that we stand behind. This guarantee states that we will rewrite a second resume for you if you do not get an interview. Never do we guarantee jobs, nor could we, nor could anyone. Regarding the statement that we "rip off desperate job seekers," this is nothing but slander and a baseless claim. The principals of RezBiz have been in the staffing industry for over 15 years and have placed thousands of people in jobs over the years. We have thousands of customers who have received job offers and positions after using our services.

We do not charge an "outrageous" amount of money. We have resumes as low as $50, and many people use daily deal sites for our service. The statement that we employ "every day joes" as resume writers and that we do not have "real human resource generalists" is completely false.
