I ordered a ring in November.  When I contacted her in late December I was told to expect it mid-January.  I did not get it.  Since then I have tried countless times to contact her, only once did I get ahold of her about 8 weeks ago.  She said she had to redesign the ring and it would be made shortly.  Ive decided Im done with this.  I have not been able to contact her in 8 weeks.  Ive sent emails, left messages on her Facebook and left voice mails. 

I cannot cancel my order on her page because it says its in the last stages and cannot be edited (its been in this stage since November).....so the only way I can get a refund is to contact her.....but of course thats not proving to be possible.

Don't defend the thief, Elizabeth Smith.

Did you know that Elizabeth Smith has a history of scamming people? Before Road Rider Jewels she owned two title businesses, one named White Sands Title & Escrow in Florida, and one named Trust Title in Severna Park, MD. She got in trouble for stealing people's title money which was supposed to be held in escrow. 

It's the same Elizabeth Smith! She also has numerous court cases against her because she routinely doesn't pay people what they're owed and they must sue her to recover damages. If you don't believe me look up the cases yourself at the Maryland Judiciary Case Search online. I don't know if Ripoff Report will let me add a link, but here it is:

She has another Ripoff Report listed under White Sands Title which was written by an elderly woman who had her title money stolen by Elizabeth Smith. If you still want to defend her it must be because you secretly ARE HER! Do your research or can you openly defend someone who ripped off grandma?

While I appreciate that you are in the business off making excuses for the actions of others, I stand by what I said. I could care less if she's working on a Nobel Peace Prize, if she states a deadline she needs to keep it. I could care less what she's 'trying' to do. She is running a business (poorly, I might add) and I am the consumer. 

That I have a plethora of goods made overseas is not the point. The point, since you have apparently missed it, is that these rings were supposed to be made in the USA. We have enough politicians sending our jobs overseas, do we really need that from our small business owners? Therefore, I will continue to ascribe the title "traitor" to her business dealings.

I'm glad you have had a good experience with her. I have not, nor has anyone in my Club. I will not recommend Road Rider Jewelry to ANYONE.

My experience with Road Rider Jewels

My club has used this company for two pieces of jewelry and we have been very happy with the products and service. We first met the one owner in Daytona Beach Bike Rally and had a meeting. Yes I do agree that there items do take time but when we got them we were pleased we waited. She does have some items from oversees but to call someone a traitor seems a bit too far. Unless you are living in a cave something within 5 feet of you is made in china including youe cell phone. So does that mean your not using your cell phone or watching television. And if you had ever spoken to Ms. Smith you would know she is working to set up her own manufacturing plant in the US. I met with Ms. Smith in Laconia to pick up my order. I was shocked by the trouble she was getting. Come on guys these are custom pieces do you want her to just make it and not stand behind her product. Would you rather have a ring that looks like crap but you got in three months or one that looks like quality. I think before you pass opinion you should meet her. For not being a biker she has a great respect for every club and for not being a member of a club she protects our patches better than any company I have seen that provides goods. I am in sure in due time everyone will get what they ordered.

My MC is experiencing the very same issue. Horrible service, shady timetable and a lack of professionalism. The problem you are having, my Club discovered, is that they send all of their custom work to China. Traitors.
