Hello, I am writing this to the public of San Antonio to report a completely incompitent General Contractor with no insurance. His name is Robert Steven Johnson, aslo nicknamed "T-Bone" and goes by his middle name "Steven" and this is NOT an isolated incident.  We originally hired him for three jobs that all went disasterous and each involving theft of my old renovated items, including (but not limited to), doors, fixtures and copper componets that he re-sold to other home owners and traded un-used items that we paid for out of pocket. The first job he scammed us on was the wiring of a building, including the installation of the jacks/power outlets. He was paid ahead of time for materials and some labor...needlees to say the work was NOT completed.

The first visit to this site left us concerned and in hindsight, we should have terminated him at that point, because it was overly apparent he was on some type of drug and/or stimulant. For example, "Stephen" was locked in the building with two window units blowing icecold and it was only 80 degrees outside and he was sweating profusely.

Although we were concerned and suspicious, we gave him the benifit of the doubt and let him continue his work.  From a leymans perspective, he was VERY unorganized and kept misplacing his tools that were in his own hands, (mind you the space he worked in was only 200 sf).

While working on the building, he offered his services (at a discount) for two of our rental homes.  Even though he seemed in disarray, his pricing was very competitive so we gave him the go ahead.  As the saying goes, "No good deeds go unpunished"...this is so true.  Our two houses are still waiting to be completed and upon inspection of the building, we noticed there was NO POWER even after T-Bone assured us it was working.  We endeed up hiring a real expert/professional to come out and give me his opinion.

Long story short, Tbone/Stephen/Steven reportedly only hung the walls and sawed out the power plates/ plugs....NO POWER, NO WIRE!! He basically hung the walls to make it look like he had done the work. All copper components that were purchased were now missing and so is Steven/Tbone or whatever his name is! He has completely ignored all our calls and has failed to return any messages. 

We finally decided to contact his previous employer (Moss & Assoc.) and spoke to the owner who informed us that Steven Johnson Jr. was terminated from his outfit for related incidents as well as banned from several Moss & associate's job sites, due to his overwhelming drug problems.  We were also told that he is wanted in Florida for felony charges, faulty roofing, and check fraud.

BEWARE OF THIS GUY!!!  HE WILL HAVE BANK OF FAKE REFFERALS AND HE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!
