The same thing happen to us at this location, we purchased a dining room set and on one of the side chair were broke, so they took it back the same day and told us they would take care of it. That was several months ago, we still haven't seen our refund check. We also called and no answer, so we called the HQ office and they said won't refund us our money. Don't ever buy anything from Room Store.
