Rushmore Loan Management Services Dead What can this company not understand!!!! Irvine California

What is hard about dead Rushmore Loan Management Services can not and will not understand this at all. My sister had a home mortgage loan with Bank America in 2010. She and 2 other people were murdered in her house in Feb. 2010 and the house has not had a payment made on it as of 2009 when her husband past way in April 2009. Bank America forclosed on this house in May of 2010 and it was then set at a later date to be sold off. I have sent both her and her husbands death cerf to Bank America and Rushmore who is a debt collector for Bank America. They What to H*** Hack me about a payment on this house. I have called them and as long as I will give them money they will talk to me but when I tell them that NO my name is not on this loan and the house was sold off they tell me they can not give me any info on the loan or house. I get at least 1 to 3 letters a week from them and have returned it to them, the post office has also returned it to them. I have ask them not to send any more letters or contact to my address and still they will load my mail box up with the letter to try to collect the FULL balance of the loan even when it has been sold. For some reason they can not understand how ever time this opens up old wound about my sister being murdered in that house and the hurt it has cause me over the last 4 YEARS yes 4 years of weekly plea to stop the H*** HACKING of a person who is not on the loan and my sister never made a payment to them because of her being murdered in that house. How can a person heal with a heartless company who has made it thier weekly jokes and fun to H*** HACK MY AND yes I mean I call and they will laugh at that fact that this has caused me such pain and then as they laugh say there is not a thing I can do about it!!!!! This is the most rude and hearless company and carman is a B**** what until they have a love one KILLED the way my sister was and they are H*** HACKED by a debt collector like I have. Going Postal would be to good for this company!!!!! Any help or way to handle this company to leave me alone would be welcome whole hearted this is past the harasment stage. I JUST WHAT TO BE LEFT TO REMBER MY SISTER AND HEAL!!!!!!
