Ruths Chris/The Hilton Columbia are using convicted felons to perform the cleaning of their kitchens. The company in question is www.spartangp.com who was founded in September, 2012 and to date, has no real clients other than Ruths Chris.

Spartan used both fraudelent insurance documents as well as bogus references to enter this deal. The owner, Mark Oswald, was aware and allowed as well as Hilton management. As of this report, Spartan has no workers comp as required by law and is subbing the business in order to hide this violation which in turn violated the IRS's independent contractor guidelines.

Spartan's owner, Jeff Jernigan, is a multi state convicted felon (bank fraud) and is on supervised probation in SC and Kentucky. He currently as of this report has an active arrest warrant in Georgia and one pending in SC due to fraudelent checks. As of this report, he also owes in excess of $20,000 to various businesses in Columbia and Charleston, SC. He has violated several labor laws to include, child labor and failing to pay wages when due.
