Ryan Lee.  Presentation Domination Systems. What a rip off! I should have known.  No phone support, no email support and took weeks to get any answers from "his assistant Demetria Wallace" who is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.  She said her phone number is 702/405-6812.  Tried calling that number at least 20 times.  Never a live person.  I think Ryan set this years ago and has abandon it.  Demetria did process my payment finally after several attempts and should have been the main clue that this company, web service is not real.

Google Ryan Lee and you will find what other companies he is working with.  I tried to email him directly and as usual, no response.

So if you are looking for a company to help promote your business, if you see the name Ryan Lee..... RUN!!!

If this is Steve H. from CA, I have all of the email proof of every correspondence between him and my assistant, Demetria Wallace.

We responded to his email on December 10th at 7:56am with the following "The site is working. We had some issues with our order form but it's been corrected.  If you'll like to join please feel free to sign up again"

Steve replied on December 10th at 8:45am with the following "Ok. I will check it out. Surprising issues with the site and your payment system. And then not to have a working phone number, that's concerning too. Is there tech support phone if needed?  The 7926 number is simply a looped recording."

Demetria replied on December 10th at 8:51am: "If you have problems getting thru you can contact me directly at 702-XXX-XXXX" (she actually gave him her home number if he needed more assistance)

Steve replied on December 11th at 11:26am  :"Does not appear to be fixed and just left you a voicemail. Let me know. Thanks."

Demetria replied on December 11th at 11:50am: "I just processed your order using cc on file: 
xxxxxxxxxxxx9653. It went thru successfully."

Demetria has been with my company for 10 years. The company is based in CT and she lives in Las Vegas. In these email communications (which I have documented), Demetria replied with 6 minutes of the first email and 24 minutes of the 2nd email. She also gave her personal home phone number when he couldn't reach her.

This customer stated in his report that my company had "no email support and took weeks to get any answers" and it's pretty clear that was not the case.

He also stated he tried calling that number "at least 20 times". She first gave her number to him on December 10th at 8:51am. 25 hours latest he said he left a voicemail and everything was taken care of 24 minutes later. So according to Steve, within a span of 25 hours he called her house 20 times? I will leave you to come to your own conclusions.

Thank you for letting me respond to this posting. I would be happy to provide screenshots of all the emails received from Steve as proof of the communication above.

Are we perfect? Certainly not. We admit it when we screw up and take responsibility. But I do believe his review above was not accurate and wanted to provide our side of the story.

First, I am very sorry to hear you have had trouble with my company. I have been online since 1999 and take our customer support very seriously. 

It sounds like we dropped the ball and I am very sorry you weren't happy with your experience. If I had left 20 messages and unreturned emails - I don't blame you for being upset. I would certainly be really angry too.
