This past summer, 2008, Saxon sent me a certified letter informing me that I was in default of my mortgage payment over 2,000.00. My payment at that time was around 700.00 which we were making on time every month. My statement even showed that we owed a regular payment.

When we called and spoke with a teller, they even got nasty and said we needed to make the payment in full. After speaking to several tellers, having to just hang up and call back to get someone different, they realized it was an error.

So, we thought that was the end of it. Until....two weeks ago. Yes, another certified letter. This time we now owe 3,100.00. We have talked to so many tellers to try to get this straightend out. My husband is the only one authorized on the account. I am home during the day. They told my husband to send a letter stating that they have permission to speak with me regarding this account. He has faxed two letter, somehow they didn't receive either one. So, my husband finally spoke with a manager who said she would try to fix the problem but WE would have to call them back a week later to see if it was fixed.

In the mean time, I'm receiving the annoying phone calls saying I need to call Saxon due to an important issue regarding my account, or whatever. I am afraid that this is going to s****.> Lisa

Saxon "Railroad to forclosure", said the spider to the fly!

AUTHOR: Figg - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, December 04, 2008

I am now part of the growing mortgage victim sector under The Saxon. Just last night after endless dialog and run around I created a Saxon communication timeline.
The blinders fell off and I for the first time was on to them! I thought that as Saxon took over my loan as loan servicer from GMAC, January 2008, no biggie. However, Saxon has successfully woven Godzilla from Gecko, so to speak. I searched the Internet and to see if my fear was valid. Not only are my worst thoughts and fears substantiated by so many others, it is sickeningly familiar, but worse, almost exact. Are we all the same exact people, with the same exact loans, with the same exact circumstances in life? Perhaps we have become like mushrooms in the basement of the Saxon call centers to remain there. Not to worry, it's only for a time, a very short time. Saxon is so good at what they do, in fact excellent, you don't know where you are or what your eating. At harvest, we loose our homes, our investments, our children loose memories and even their childhood. For me Saxon has perfected the automated forclosure process. The conveyor is moving even to fast for quality control and absent of the human factor. This is too much of a pattern. I have a funny way of expressing myself but you all know what I'm saying. I have not read any other story that I can not relate to myself. Can we please join together. Their is something going on. Saxon is in violation. We have at this time enough victims for class action. We can create our own movement. Kailua, Hawaii is a perfect place for me to start. I need you all!

Saxon Mortgage: A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF A DEFUNCT ORGANIZATION.

AUTHOR: Ripoffsaxon - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 03, 2008

Anyone that has a mortgage with this company, rest a sure even if you are making your payments "on time" your home WILL go in FORECLOSURE. The individuals working at this company only have first names and teller #'s, you will speak to a different teller each time. I phoned asking for the president, and believe it or not they actually have one, his name is Tony Manaseno so I was told, but he will not phone you back. I have dealt with Saxon for 8 months now, I have spoken with 82 individuals out of the 82 only three have last names. I hold a great deal of admiration for a gentleman who's name is Charles Olivares, who is very professional in his line of work. James Matos who is actually with Stanley Morgan who purchased Saxon Mortgage in August of 2006 was also very kind and compassionate to me. Mr. Joe Lopez, good luck when you deal with this individual, he is rude, arrogant, nasty, very unprofessional, makes every effort to intimidate you, but unfortuanately he did not intimidate me and never will. I come from a family with a political background, I intend on taking my complaints regarding this company to my Senator, Congress and Washington.I have a complete portfolio of nasty emails, phone conversations all correspondence between Saxon and myself and I will pursue this matter until I am satisfied regarding Saxon Mortgage's predatory ways of doing business. I have spoken to 391 other Borrowers with Saxon, out of the 391, Saxon has moved forward with foreclosure on 302 of them, one being myself. One would think that Saxon Mortgage would modify loans to reflect a 30 year fixed rate, lowering interest rates to reflect a lower monthly payment,so that a homeowner could stay in their home and repay the debt. Mortgage companies and Banks all over the United States are doing just that. Saxon Mortgage will never accomodate myself or anyone in this manner, I learned that after speaking with several lending institutions regarding Saxon's background. The emotional part of the relationship between Saxon and myself has ended causing me poor health for a period of time, and now I intend on moving forward to get restatution. My home will be sold as a "Short Sale" or will go in "Foreclosure" it matters none to me I will come out fighting. All Homeowners in this situation should keep their heads high, there is life after foreclosure and there are Mortgage companies and Banks that will help, keep up with all documents and correspondence as you speak with individuals at Saxon, I'm glad I did.
