My firm was in the market to optimize the website in order to drive traffic to the site. We interviewed 3 firms and SEOP was selected because of what they had to offer. They promised to optimize the site by following best business practices for SEO. We listened to what they had to say and it was inline with the research we had done.
In the beginning, things were great. They were responsive and had great ideas. Then it came to deliver the promises and they fell flat. Part of s****.>
I will call him the fast talker, because that is what he is. Derek Weavers explanation on the 25 pages went from monthly to life of the campaign. I was speechless. I have asked for the 25 pages, and they delivered 4. I would like a full refund, but doubt that will occur. If anyone is interested in hiring SEOP, run the other way.

SEOP Apology

I am the author who wrote the complaint regarding the SEOP group on Ripoff.com. I owe SEOP, Derek Weaver and the entire staff at SEOP a huge apology. It was our first time partnering with an SEO firm and our lack of education and understanding how the process worked left us feeling that we had been duped. Hence the complaint. Prior to hiring SEOP, we were listed on the 4th page on all Google searches. I will fast forward a few months and we discovered that SEOP did exactly what we had paid them to do. We are listed on the first page and the number two listing for Managed Services and help desk support. We hope SEOP can forgive us for our knee jerk reaction, but we are happy to partner with them for optimizing our site. We will also happily give them positive references for however long they like.
