SPM confide international marketing hoboken , New Jersey

ok so this place SPM and Confide International is run by people called Mike and Christine. They work in a former hoboken apt building cause they cant afford real office space. they call you in for what they call a first round interview and then they call you back for a second round interview and you get happy cause you think your on your way to a job. ill tell you they call back anyone who comes back for one interview. its a door to door sales job, and they will give you some bullshit "lunchtime breakdown" about how it takes a year to own your own business. ask christine why it took her two years, and mikes assistant manager james whose been there for two years and has two guys on his team and noone likes why hes been there for over two years. they will try to justify it by saying thats an average and its up to you how long it takes and that small people try to bring you down and all the bull s**t. christine cant even make six figures a year and anyone who works with her quits including all her assistant managers who can "own their own businesses". if mike didn't have any luck from his outside deals his office SPM would drive him broke. he is lucky other people can make money and know how to work. james lives with mike cause he is a bum and got fired from a real job but claims hes quit. so besides the fact that its door to door sales, its also begging for charity and lying about electric bills. some people make money off you and some people like christine and mike cant get buy on you. christine also is so incompetent she cant function or make a choice with out mike, some business woman? Mike is a huge fraud, acts above you all the time. if you have a car good luck! they make drive everyone around and get all mad if you refuse, they try to control the car they dont own, by the way good luck with your gas. you get to spend more money driving to work, parking, going to the "field". they ask you if travel is a problem and try to imply like they pay for you to travel. what a joke. pretty much how it goes is they force you on these business trips and because they are to cheap to get hotels they force you into someone else's home, its so freakin weird and un heard of. then if you hit some bs goal they might reimburse your travel expenses. but they will come up with every excuse not to. so after you spend all your money to go door to door you get to come back at 9 at night you can ring a  bell and wait around two more hours then go home. it so crazy. dont fall for these peoples false hopes and lies, look at the people there. what a joke
