Began having troubles with a new sprint blackberry curve. Spoke with Tech Support on numerous occasions. After repeated attepmts to get phone changed under warranty, sprint offered to send a replacement at no cost.
Nice? NO - The phone they sent was refurbished. Now not only do I have phone issues, but also network issues.
Back to tech support. After several attempts were made to resolve the issue, a rep said to go get the phone checked at a sprint store. I said why, aren't these phones reconditioned before they send them? Plus the rep knew I didn't have insurance on it and so I would be charged $75 on top of the already paid $50 deductible to get this refurbished phone.

I was upset. I had sent a new phone for a refurbished one with more problems and out $50 (almost to be $125).
I refused to deal with that and called again a few days later. After yet again, several attempts that day, finally there was a rep willing to solve my problems "with one phone call"...OK

He suggested that I should be compensated for my payments and for the lack of service. He offered to place a credit on my account so as to make the monthly cost cheaper for as long as I have the account. Seemed very nice...Maybe too nice.

Few days later I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM SPRINT that my account has been updated and the changes have been confirmed. GREAT ! I checked my account online and saw the credits in place.

However, My next bill didnt show such credit. Again called sprint and was transfered at least 6 times. Finally to learn that the guy put a one time credit instead of reoccuring credit. I said that it needs to be changed per our conversation and confirmation letter I got from sprint. The reply was that there is no such thing of reoccuring credits any more. And now after 2 months, many hours of phone conversations, a LETTER FROM SPRINT, and 2 trips to a sprint store --I am still being billed w/o the credits...customer service and billing haven't helped and account services and escalation have BEEN RUDE... I have started transfering friends and family out of sprint and into ATT for better service and network. Now I am one of the only ones left with Sprint and sucks that I can't use Free Mobile 2 Mobile... bottomline is sprint is lacking professional service and they will never stop losing customers !
