WE CANCELLED THE HOME POLICY IN APRIL OF 2013, WE WENT WITH A LESSS EXPENSIVE COMPANY THAT HAD BETTER COVERAGE. IN FEB. OF2014 I GOT A NOTICE FROM MY MORTGAGE COMPANY THAT MY ESCROW WAS SHORT. i INVESTIGATED AND FOUND THAT STATE FARM HAD SENT ANOTHER BILL TO THE MORTGAGE CO. NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT BECAUSE WE DID NOT SEND A WRITEN NOTICE TO CANCELL THAT WE ARE OUT THE PREMIUM BILLED IN jAN. IN PLAIN WORDS THEY ARE SAYING WE ARE SOL. tHEY DID NOT INFORM US OF THERE PROCESS AND PUT THE BLAME ON US . NEXT STEP IS INS. COMMISSIONER.
