Salon Via, Gus & Constantine Pamboris - Setting the Record Straight

AUTHOR: costas - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, September 06, 2012
From Gus Pamboris -

Here are the facts:

On Tuesday January 24, 2012 Michael Cohen posted a false report about Salon Via saying a bunch of us purchased Living Social coupons and Constantine up charged and ripped customers off.

For your information Mr. Cohen, Constantine never participated in any Living Social promotions for new clients.

He is constantly booked with his own clients, so this is one more of your hateful lies for Constantine due to anger that your ex-girlfriend chose him over you. Constantine has charisma and substance and you dont.

On Monday February 6,2012 Michael Cohen posted another false report now mentioning the name of the owner and his son and how they had turned someones hair purple. This is laughable and an outright lie. If something like this were to ever possibly occur, it would have been fixed immediately and for free.

Mr. Cohen, in order to turn someones hair purple you must use violet-based color, which we do not stock. If someone wants purple hair we try to talk them out of it or we order the color on a special order. This never happens in Salon Via of all the years that we have been in business. Stop slandering innocent people out of jealousy and hatred.

On Sunday March 18, 2012 Michael Cohen posted another false report against the owner of Salon via saying he was not friendly.

Mr. Cohen, I have been a hairdresser and a business owner longer than you have been alive.

My position in this salon is that I am a stylist, working alongside my 23 other stylists as a team. We are all very talented professionals with high levels of etiquette and customer service, and this has served us well for years.

I pay a cordial and friendly receptionist to greet all our clients, offering them complimentary refreshments and directing them to their chosen stylist. What kind of a businessman would I be if I stood at the door all day long saying hello to everyone that came in while my clients are sitting at my chair waiting for me?

In your case you claim you came to the salon twice a week and this is a pure lie. Few to no clients require this level of salon care and most people know that this is not feasible or practical in any way.

In my entire career we never had a client visit the salon twice a week. The only reason you came to our salon once a week, was to keep tabs on your ex-girlfriend (who is a stylist at our salon) and paid $130 for it. Then you wanted me to come over and fall all over you with attention. If you wanted that you should have tried a spa or massage parlor.

All these accusations never happened, and you continue to shamelessly slander me and my salon's positive reputation without any regard for its effect.

We know our business and our clients very well. We have been in business for 51 years and we are still going.  Michael Cohen came into our salon to get his haircut by his ex-girlfriend that he lost to Constantine who works for Salon Via. He came in weekly to get his neck shaved and paid $30 and gave her a $100 tip. That did not work in getting her back. After that didn't work, he resorted to Facebook and Rip-off Report, slandering our business while thinking it would end up shutting us down thereby causing the ex-girlfriend to cease employment at our establishment, sending her back to his financial care and control. That did not work. Things dont work that way Michael Cohen, and clearly you are man that doesn't know how positive relationships work.

So please take off this reports and start facing life like a man if you want to consider yourself as one.
