Case # 1029.999 Sanchez Drywall, Aka Margarito Sanchez has been placed for immediate collections/litigation with my firm, Asset Collections Inc. This company owes money for stolen Drywall products, The amount due is 1440.63. This debtor has made absolutely no efforts to pay this debt, we have given him months to resolve this case.
I am now forming a creditors committee against this company. If this debtor also owes YOU money, contact ACI- Asset Collections Inc in Portland OR to be added to the list of creditors.
If the debtor pays this debt, or resolves this case, I will adjust the report accordingly, and release this caser from my office, but to date, no effort has been made to pay.
