This co.is small.fairly decent equipment,but after your there for a while,you learn about the brown noseing/butte kissing employees.if your not that type of person(spreading garbage,lies, an backstabing other drivers)then this place isnt for you.They have a safety dir:Leon AKA little hitler.that is with out a doubt the biggest back staber,it the country.this guy will pretend to be upstanding, but as soon as he has dirt on a driver or anyone ,no matter if its true or not,he's out to get you, an ruin your job with this co.Many good drivers an people have left this outfit because of leons backstabing.He use to be a driver but after recieving 2 dui's;one in his truck an another in a semi he doest drive semi any more.So the little peyton place co. put him incharge of safety.They should have put him in charge of garbage clean up,in my opinion thats where a paranoid alcholic needs to be.this guy thinks everyone is out to get him, so he has to get them 1st.I cant speak for all the dispatchers but mine (bill)didnt seem to do his job verywell,but im a patient person an didnt complain(doesnt do any good)I left this company to protect my driving record because of little hitlers actions,i wont put up with being descriminated against.i had no accidents with this co. an no late pu or del's in 7months,but backstabing people dont care about how decent a person is ,only what they can get over on you.

Have been with Schuster for close to a year, never had a problem with anything there. there is nor have been a dispatcher named Bill, as for Leon, he only say's anything if you have messed up. Everyone at Schuster works very hard to provide a decent place to work. Steve Schuster, co. pres., Jeff Aerns, term. man. and everyone else are extremely easy to work for. Equipment is first class, maintanence second to none. In my time at Schuster I have never been asked to do anything illegal, am home everytime I've requested on the day I've requested. I don't know why you quit there, you must have your reasons but to say anything negative about Schuster is wrong, I've been driving for 10 years and they are one of the few companies in this industries that truly care about their drivers.
