Sears Home Services Sears Broke appliance trying to repair it Wichita Falls Texas

 DO NOT use Sears Home Services for ANY repairs. The repairman came back yesterday to install the parts for my washing machine and dishwasher after having ordered them almost two weeks earlier from their first visit. He used MY towels to clean up the soured water from the diswasher. Then he starts working on the washing machine. He could not get the old part off, breaks another part trying, then says he has to order more parts and leaves. He will not be back until hopefully the 24th. So,  till then, I am left with carting my laundry to the laundromat, still...........including the 3 large towels that stink that he used to clean up his mess. He left another wet towel in the kitchen floor, and did not even put the dish rack back inside the dishwasher. He was unprofessional and could have cared less about fixing it.
